I led membership and donor engagement activities supporting the missions of the Musée d'Orsay and Musée de l'Orangerie, including donor stewardship, gift and membership administration, financial tracking, and reporting. Associate Dean for Student Financial Planning & Enrollment Research / Director of Financial Aid
Over nearly 20 years at New England Conservatory, I led financial aid and enrollment operations supporting approximately 800 students annually. I managed a team of six Enrollment staff, directed the allocation of approximately $21 million in institutional scholarships, and oversaw a work-study program serving more than 550 students each year. My responsibilities included financial aid strategy and administration, regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, federal and state reporting, audit coordination, and collaboration across enrollment and array of institutional teams.
